Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at [email protected] to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
If you have received the wrong item please send us a picture so that we can check your order number to make sure it's you. You can email us by our contact page therefore we can find a solution.
We always double check our products before sending them out, so if your product is damaged after shipping , we will ask you to send us a photo for proof we will not return it but we can give you a discount code for your next purchase!
We always take photos of our packaged orders, therefore we have proof of your order.
We truly care about you receiving your products so we personally drop off all mail to the post office.

- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresse given by customers
- Wrong imfromation given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- Stolen packages after delivery
- We do not resend order packages if lost or not arrived
SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES: We do not currently conduct exchanges for online scrunchie orders.
