Shipping Policy

 

Shipping info:

 Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.      They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include (weekends & holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, the arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service (Canada Post).

 

Order confirmation:

We know our customers want fast shipping as possible, we are trying our best, and we need to make sure you receive your items safely. That's why we need 1-2 days to confirm your order using Canada Post, sometimes it can take less or more time depending on how busy we are with other orders. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

 

Shipping all around Canada:

Here at North.Asentials we use Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail. We currently only ship in Canada for now, if you would like to order outside of canada as a special request you can email us for more information! 

Shipping in Canada can take anywhere between 7-15 or more business days estimated (which does not include holidays and weekends).

If you are ordering inside of Ontario you will receive your order between 7-15 business days. If you are ordering from another province, territory or country it can take between 2 weeks or more.

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post
  • Wrong addresse given by customers
  • Wrong imfromation given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery 
  • We do not resend order packages if lost or not arrived
